		<description>I like Subway to but I'm not so sure some of their new specialty subs are that great for those on a diet. If you only have a 1/2 a normal sub I'm sure its better but the new ones are loaded with cheese and sauces.</description>

		<description>It is a good idea to control our calorie intake. I always go to pizza for my salad and mixed fruit. I won't take mayonnaise and the sauce. Only salads, beans and fruits for my lunch. You are absolutely right on following the calorie book because at the end of the day, calorie intake and burning counts for our weight loss program.</description>

		<description>Subway fan here as well.  Taco Bell has a great healthy option by ordering your food "fresco," which means with fresh made salsa instead of the heavy unhealthy stuff.  Also, if you are near a Wendy's you can get a baked potato(opt for broc and a pat of butter only), they have good salads and a small Frosty is 7 Weight Watchers points.</description>
