		<description>On Bainbridge, blowing off is the rule rather than the exception.  Even people that you are paying to do work for you will tell you that they'll be there on Tuesday, and Tuesday comes and goes without so much as a phone call.  People here think that's normal.  Drives me nuts.</description>
