275 out of 290 stars on Rock Band Endless Setlist EXPERT difficulty |
I captured some HD video of our sons completing the hardest and longest set of songs on Rock Band for the Xbox 360 on the expert difficulty setting.

The Endless Setlist which contains 58 songs took them 3+ hours to complete and out of a possible 290 stars (5 stars possible on each song) they had 275. A few songs they achieved gold star status on. Our youngest teen played bass and our middle teen played guitar.

Did this post make you go hmm?

WOW I can’t believe they completed that entire set … my fingers would have fallen off halfway through. When I first unlocked that gig, I was like, “who would ever be able to finish that many songs?” Now I know ..

Pretty cool how they got those platinum records under their names to show off their accomplishment. I’m still slugging away at hard difficulty on drums. I can do a few songs on drums at expert. Very few.

Yeah looks fun. they probably paused it after each song or so. that’s what’d I’d do. i applaud them lol. i don’t have any friends with a long enough attention span to even play through band world tour =P

You ought to correct your post for the time it takes to complete the Endless Setlist. The songs alone are nearly 4 hours of time and there’s about 20 total minutes of animations between songs. We played it straight through with only a couple 5 minute bathroom breaks and it was right at about 4 1/2 hours of playing time… so I’m not sure how you were able to complete it in 3+ hours…
Good job on completing it though! Just don’t like people to exaggerate how long something might take… most of the posts I read online talk about 5+ hours due to various breaks after every 10 songs or so…
Thanks!

Hi TS - 3+ = 4.5. No exaggeration, I didn’t have a stopwatch on their session, it was merely an estimate. How many stars did you get? Better than 275/290?

275/290 with guitars only is a great accomplishment, my wife (on bass), our son (on guitar), and his friend (on drums) finished the setlist with 260/275, and 10 of those were gold stars, an average of 94% on all songs and an average of 481,252 points, 4.6 average stars, which includes the gold stars.
