For any serious excursions beyond our solar system in the future, reproduction will be a necessary component. More convenient (and fun) if that doesn’t have to be of the test-tube baby variety.

I won’t be surprised if they actually did that test
because they do test about how life and growth in space

Could be. If you locate something that refutes the study let me know. Guardian is a somewhat reliable source. Says they need to have “machines” simulate part of the act.

This reeks of a hoax, TD. Since there is no up or down, or top or bottom, on a space ship without artificial gravity, there could be no missionary position, by definition, and it wouldn’t be necessary to go to space to prove it.;-)
