How is the fan noise on the nVidia? I have a 6700 and under XP I never heard it. Under Vista it is constantly on. I’d like to get something a little quieter.

Ahh thanks Wayne. You got yours a few months ago eh? What company? It wasn’t HP, was it? I’m a little disturbed that they took so darn long. I mean sheesh, 6-8 weeks at the high side should have been early April at the latest, not June.

It’s the same disk that I got a few months back and the “express” is referring to the fact that you might be able to install it over XP instead of wiping the entire drive. I installed and it kept all my files and information during the install so I did not have to use the back-ups to restore anything.
Didn’t matter though as I wiped the drive 2 months later and reinstalled XP. I’ll wait and see if they get the kinks worked out before I reinstall.
