To all readers who are heading out for Memorial day weekend, don’t let the insane gas prices get you down and have a safe, enjoyable trip.

Me? Today a 6+ hour live radio retrospective covering the 7 year anniversary of hosting a live weekly web radio show on Fridays. That starts about 20 minutes from this post. Hence there won’t be a pre-recorded Hmmcast. There might be some live Ustream.TV action however, but no promises.

Our intrepid family of five doesn’t have any special plans for the weekend. We don’t really like going anywhere when the rest of the world is on the move too. Roads can get a bit scary during holiday weekends sometimes.

We’ve been thinking about buying one of those outside tents (or whatever they call those things these days). If we’re going to spend any time on the computer, we’d rather be outside, but don’t want to get swallowed alive by the bugs. Any good suggestions in that department? Good places to buy those?
