When I last visited boot-up times for Windows XP (Hmmcast #65) Bill left the comment that he’d be interested to see how long it took Windows Vista to load. Today I recorded the process and as you might expect, Windows Vista loads faster.

40 Seconds. I dont have any personal experience with Vista. But my Windows XP loads in 31 seconds on 3.2 GHZ, 1GB Ram. Im soon going to buy Vista pack. and then I can tell which one loads faster.
