I have bought the xbox 360 and had to replace it twice in less than 6 months. I have called costomer service and could hardly understand them as well as completely no help. They hide behind lack of knowledge and policy loop holes. They don't care about the customer just the money comming in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Davis - shortly after making this post the box arrived to send back the Xbox 360. I don't know anybody that hasn't had console problems either which isn't a testament to Microsoft hardware prowess. Let's hope they've learned something for the Elite.

Microsoft has been really good about taking returns on the 360, but I've got to say that the quality of the console is total junk. Just about everyone I know has had to replace at least one console within the first year of owning it. I'm not sure why there are the problems because I played my original Xbox without incident for 5 years, but having also gone through 2 360 consoles already, I'm a little worried about what will happen once Microsoft quits replacing the defective machines.
