		<description>I don't mind the google ads (since that's what is in the box 99% of the time).

They are text based and easy on the eyes.  The only ads that are annoying are things that pop over the text, things that are flashy, or things that make noise.

Google has made a nice ad format that isn't obtrusive that really does make the publisher of the website some nice extra cash.

I understand 100% if you want to monetize that part of your website.  If you are going to monetize it, it's best to use text ads in my opinion (google also has some video stuff and that would be fine as well).</description>
