		<description>TDavid, great points and that is one of the reasons we didn't launch this feature a long time ago.  We need to figure out a way for it to be fair.  We are considering making the advertiser review criteria such as: length of review, constructive criticism, overall quality and then leave them room for a comment.  We will then allow the reviewer to respond back to us if the scoring was not honest and we at RM can delete malicious feedback, etc.  So its a bit complicated, thx for your thoughts and if you have any more ideas, let me know!</description>
