They charged my card immediately. The software was very buggy and kept locking up solid. I never managed to backup a single byte of data - or even get close to it. I've sent them two message on their support system to tell them to cancel the account and refund the money they never should have taken. I've never had a reply and on February 1st they charged my card again. I have no recourse but to contact my card company for a couple fo chargebacks (which isa pain here in the UK.
