Actually, we have a design where those links would be active, but since we have over 50 categories (and the major ones are listed on the right) that’s more like a subtitle than intended to be something clickable. Your personal insults, overuse of the exclamation point, misspelling and anonymous cowardice aside, as far as this site’s usability goes (not quite the topic, but whatever) that’s a fair point.
