Second Xbox 360 replacement arrives |

As lamented last month, late yesterday the package arrived via UPS with our second replacement Xbox 360 in six months. Let’s hope this one makes it longer than the original and the first replacement.
This morning I read that Sony made a semi-bogus comparison chart for the core PS3 vs. the core Xbox 360. It seems Sony will never learn. The good bet this holiday season could very well be Microsoft or Nintendo.

Meanwhile, Xbox Live continues to do very well, passing the four million member mark, and forecasting six million by June 2007 (thanks Blog News Channel, which has gotten a new facelift). While everybody is focusing on what Google Checkout and Paypal are doing, keep your eyes on the dark micropayment horse known as Xbox Live Marketplace. Xbox Live Pipeline should have been called premonition. Microsoft has a gamechanger on their hands, no pun intended.
Did this post make you go hmm?

Where can I get a new xbox 360 console to replace the red ring of death on my sons console? I purchased the system at wal-mart over a year ago, and can’t find my receipt. A rep. at wal-mart said to send the unit back to microsoft an they will replace it, but she didn’t give me an address or phone number. I found a number on MS xbox 360 website that is always busy.
My ten year old son is pissed off and ready to go postal on any MS products in his view.
Can anyone help?
