		<description>It is not using explorer to do it, but I use id3-tagit (id3-tagit.de) for my tagging.  I do a bit of bit-torrent with live shows and convert to mp3 using dbpoweramp and then tag with id3-tagit.  A very nice combination.</description>

		<description>It sounds great. Free of charge to edit audio files. I paid xilisoft audio converter to edit the audio files and then put them on my mp3 player, easy to use though.</description>
