		<description>Thanks Sterling. I was telling our neighbor earlier that I want to retire some place like this. My only concern was internet connectivity as I see that as an important way of getting entertainment in the future and I wouldn't want to live some place confined to dialup only for entertainment.

Hopefully long before we retire, broadband will be ubiquitous.</description>
