Places to do fake sports wagering online |

Here’s a couple places you can do some non-real play sports wagering to brush up on your picking skills and, if you live in a state like Washington, avoid any possible legal problems.
I’m new to Pickspal and like the diversity of play wagers on individual games offered. Each free member receives 1,000 points a day and 2,000 to start out with for new registered members. To give you an idea of the type of diverse virtual wagering opportunities today’s game with the Mariners at Texas offered the following choices:
- Which team will win?
- How many runs will be scored in the game
- *Which team will get the last hit of the game?
- *Which team will be winning at the end of the third inning?
- *Will Jarrod Washburn throw a pitch in the 7th inning and strikeout at least 5 batters in the game? (He must start for action)
* diverse wagering opportunity not usually offered
Techcrunch points out how Pickspal plans to monetize the site beyond advertising:
next Tuesday they are going to start tapping into that business when they launch what they call “Genius Picks”. For $10, users can get access to the collective wisdom of the 30 best PicksPal players over the previous five weeks in a given sport, and get five predictions on upcoming games.
This sounds like a promising service for sportsbettors and good way to monetize the site’s services. I wonder if they’ll incentify the active play money players by sharing some of this revenue? That could really open some eyes.
Sports Interactive has been around several years, is monetized by ads and membership options (free membership still available) and allows play wagering on a variety of sporting events against the spread. The interface is a bit sluggish sometimes, but there are a ton of options and 24 different experience levels. One major downside is you are only able to place a limited amount of wagers each day based on your current experience level. It takes quite awhile to build up enough XP to be able to play all the games for the NFL week. Years later of very casual play and I can still only make six daily wagers.
Adds a little spice to sporting events
While I’m not an avid sportsbettor, I do enjoy laying down money in Nevada on teams to win it all and the rare parlay. I have a ten bones on the Seahawks to win it all at a casino in Wendover, Nevada. They’re off to a 2-0 start, so good karma rolling there.
I also like playing against my friends and wife in these virtual wager websites. Something fun and free that we can do online. Any other good websites like these two that you can recommend? Please no real online gambling sites with ‘free’ play option (those will be unapproved/removed). Looking for sites you’ve actually played at that offer only virtual wagering. Would like to get a list of these together for one of our other sites.

I agree that PicksPal is pretty neat. I have been playing for a few weeks now. I would very much like to know the picks of the top guy on the site. He has won 3 of the last 5 weeks. Goes by the nickname of ZachersCrackers. The guy is a machine and hit 31 of 32 picks once on his profile page. Dunno but keep us informed if you find other sites like this. Thanks for the good work. Lockedusports.com offers what you are looking for in regards to NFL football (and apparently soon college football as well). Fun virtual wager site where others can purchase your picks if you’re good (and you get paid).
