It's hard not to seriously consider the new Intel core Macs with this type of capability. That is, if it works well and from what I've read it seems people are fairly happy with them so far. "If Apple came out with a tablet in August would you consider it? Just curious. Don’t really think that’s going to happen. But, would you?" Yes, I would consider an Apple tablet. However, I'm not sure he would and since it is going to be his computer, he gets the majority of the say in the form factor (we will get the say on price). Our youngest is the only one who has shown significant interest in the tablet form factor so far, drawing us a bunch of pictures. We have a couple Mac stores around here and I definitely dig them.
