Xbox 360 back from Texas repair |
Loading ...Yesterday morning we received the Xbox 360 back from the shop. They didn’t fix the old one and send that back as we had thought, instead they gave us a replacement unit complete with a different serial number.
Same style box we sent out, we got back. And earlier than we anticipated, nice work Xbox repair.
Took a picture upside down, so just used photoshop to flip it 180 degrees.

How long did it take for u to get it back? Ive been asking a lot of people and never get straight answers including microsoft i’ve got like 3 diff. answers from them. I’m relly bummed out though cause i just got Madden 08 right when it came out and my 36 died the same day and i never got to play it. You can reply to me at [email redacted]Thanks!

All three units we’ve had go bad were swapped out within 7-14 days of us shipping the defective Xbox 360 out.

I sent mine to the same place as you (texas) and cant get ahold of any one. How did you get to talk to A real human. I want to play halo 3, have the game but not the xbox. jesse in Oregon.

yeh, i sent mine in about 3 weeks ago. and still no word. whenever i call they tell me to call back at a later time. fuck that i want my xbox back now
so anyone know about how much longer this shall take.
i also sent mine to texas.

My xbox 360 had the 3 red lights so I called to get it fixed. So like 4 Days after I called I got the box but din’t send it till November 21 because I wanted to play Smackdown vs Raw 2008. So I send it on 11/21/07 and it got to McAllen, Texas on 11/26/07. Then I called on 11/29/07 and they told me they had send it back to me. So I got back on 12/4/07. It only took 13 days. Oh, and my xbox 360 is still working perfectly. I love Microsoft!!

Here are some ways that your Xbox 360 can get the 3 red lights (or any other thing).
1. Don’t move it with a disc inside!!!!! (like change the position)
2. Don’t put it close to any heat source.
3. Don’t Hit or bang on it.
4. Also take good care of it and never think Negative!

I HATE TEXES, I sent my box in and it arrived in TX Dec. 14th, the dirka dirka said i’d have it back in three weeks or less. Its been over a month and for a while they had no idea of where the hell my box was, not they know where it is but no progress has occured. I call all the time trying to get any info, but nothing same old $hit, duh we call you, u wait, nut wait theres more we might not call we love that… They were supposed to call three times now to let me know, and nothing has happened. Hell I’ve even tried to have them connect me to that Richard George guy that sent me the letter, and still nothing, Does anyone know how to get a person thats not a jackass that doesnt know anything?

I sent my Xbox 36o for repair because of the three red lights. I sent it from Columbus Indiana on July 5 , 2008. When Will It be Returned to me.

I just called support and they said there going to send me a box. i didn’t pay for the warranty but i had for 9 months. will they charge me for a repair???? if so how much?
