		<description>I think that you need to check the power source... plug your 360 into a Surge Protected extension or something... I think that you may have surged one of the components...... THATS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MICROSOFT SPENDS MILLIONS ON PREMIUM COMPONENTS WITHIN THE CONSOLE... AND NOT ON THE POWER CONVERTER!!!</description>

I just called and spoke to a friendly and informative rep at 1-800-4MY-XBOX. She told me we're covered if there is a problem until November 7, 2006 and if we drop another 60 bones we're covered for two more years or one more year for 29 bones. Seems like this error message could indicate something with the system, but she wanted us to check things out by removing the hard drive and unplugging. Would rather it be a hard drive issue than a system issue then we won't be down. Maybe we should have kept that second core system after all.</description>
