		<description>Oh yeah -- I've even gotten called for a customer experience survey from Microsoft before I got a return call from the tech to get started!  That's what I'd call focusing on the wrong end of quality.  To be fair, though, that was a while ago, and a recent support experience with Microsoft went very well.  Funny thing about that one was, the tech's direct line was area code 425 (just across Puget Sound from here) and he was working in the Pacific time zone -- from India.</description>
