Should Ballbug have a syringe in the logo? |
Seems like Gabe Rivera is a fellow baseball fan and has launched a baseball version of Memeorandum called: Ballbug. I saw this last night actually mentioned on TechCrunch and marked it for blogging later because it combines news, technology and baseball, the perfect mashup trifecta for a guy like me, good one, Gabe (subscribed!). But I must ask, shouldn’t the logo have a syringe in it?
Warner is concerned too:
Just when I’ve sworn off of baseball due to my continued disastisfaction with the whole steroids mess, Memeorandum has come up with a mashup that delivers an outfield full of baseball news.
Yesterday, I guess some fan threw a needless syringe onto the field near Barry Bonds. While some experts maintain that the fans don’t care about steroids, some fans surely do or the chorus of boos Bonds is getting is just being manufactured. I sure care. Give me a game that’s real or it becomes pro wrestling. They get on such high moral ground for gambling and yet their own guys are shooting horse ‘roids in the clubhouse.
The investigation is on, but where will it lead? What will it prove?

syringe in the logo, LOL. somebody should photoshop that.
