		<description>Yes, hardware and even software glitches -- I too often procrastinate about solving them, just living day to day with whatever work-around is required to get by.  Then when it finally does get fixed, reflection about how much time I could have saved by fixing it earlier can be depressing.  It's still shocking to me how many otherwise intractable software problems get resolved by reinstalling things, especially Windows.  For hardware, it's often best just to toss out the bad component and buy new.  Figure how many hours (or minutes) you could spend working on it before effectively paying for a new one.  Not to mention the bonus pleasure of getting a new gadget.</description>
