They're very common up here in the northwest.  Unlike you in your earlier post, though, I make a daily ritual of crushing and flushing them.  These things will bite you, especially in your sleep, and they can leave a pretty nasty red mark.</description>

		<description>Spiders are actually arachnids, with eight legs, not bugs, which have six.  Whether you can take a good closueup of the spider really depends on the limitations of your digital camera.  Some have good macro capabilities, others do not.   Good lighting helps a lot too.</description>

		<description>You are much more brave than I would be. I wouldn't be reaching for a camera to take photos of the spider, I would be reaching in my underwear drawer for a fresh pair. I hate bugs. :)</description>
