In our V1 we have initially focused our efforts and resources on preventing offensive content from hitting the site by means of monitoring and also community input. One of the areas we simply didn't get round to including was the issue of mis-categorization as we deemed this a lower priority than the abuse scenario (which might make our site unsuitable for wide audiences).
