Power napping, Air Supply and bones

health and lifestyle, music — by TDavid @ 11:29 pm PST

Two things make me feel really, really old. One, that I would actually admit I take naps once in awhile. Have to do it sometimes during the day because the wee hours of the morning be prime time.

Air Supply still alive!

The other? Paying $5.18 for Air Supply Live 2004. Man, these guys are like 900 years old. We saw them a couple years back at an indian casino and they talked about a new album. This CD was from the tour. Never saw any new album, but see a lot of gray hair (I have a bunch too).

I don’t expect anybody to get with me on the Air Supply Live (and hope I don’t lose my metal headbanger license), but how about power napping? Any readers willing to admit to enjoying a power nap or two?

Did this post make you go hmm?

  1. If you bought the Air Supply CD to help put you to sleep, then I guess it was worth it. ;)

  2. Another Fantastic CD/DVD from Air Supply. New and Past fans alike will love the new songs and versions of these timeless classics and new songs that bring more love and happiness to millions. Although we all must age, Ai Supply’s music and passion will never. I sure hope that I look and act and feel as young as they do when I reach their age… Many more years of extreme success for Air Supply ahead !- David Winter Garden, Florida.

  3. Air Supply FOREVER! Graham Russell and Russell Hitchcock are far by the best to me. Air Supply music is far better than the so called “music” of today….If we had more bands like Air Supply, the world might be a better place. Graham Russell is one of the best songwriters in the world.. and Russell Hitchcock.. his voice is one of the most beautiful voices I have ever heard… Tell me one vocalist who can hit the high notes he hits?? Yes, again, they have aged.. but don’t we all? I have listened to them since the early 80’s and they are my favorite band. Air Supply still sounds perfect to me… As far as the 2004 LIVE DVD.. it is a fantastic dvd that delivers the True, rich Air Supply sound that we have enjoyed for years.. How many POP/Rock bands of the 80’s are still touring and recording new cd’s??? I rest my case…. PS… How many top ten hits have you and your band produced??? I don’t recall seeing you on the stage performing for thousands of people nor do I remember seeing your latest cd on the shelves of music stores??
