		<description>Been using VoIP for almost 3 years now.  I have no regrets, and don't plan on going back to telco EVER.  This comes from someone whose uncle is a lifer with the Bell co.</description>

		<description>Still using mostly telco here (4 lines).  Considering VoIP, but have concerns raised by Brinks about the security system.  We might have to retain a telco line for that.  Years ago I thought about moving all voice to mobile, but back then the coverage and quality (not to mention price) wouldn't work.  Might work now, though.  I'll have to revisit all these options once I figure out how to write a cost analysis algorithm that will take everything into account.</description>
