		<description>I've taken the time to quiet my pc.  I changed the power supply, heatsink and fan, and upgraded the hard drives.  With my pc in the living room, I was quite happy with the results.  I'm more sensitive to noise than most, and I can barely hear it when the room is still.</description>

		<description>High-rpm SCSI drives make all the noise in this establishment (apart from the occasional "WTF!" from yours truly).  Don't now how to quiet Mr. SCSI (apart from yelling "WTF!" louder).</description>
