The Google campus does pretty well with the hotties.  I blogged about the same post you did, and I pulled some CC-licensaed pictures off of Flickr.  You can &lt;a href="http://dannyman.toldme.com/2005/12/02/google-recuiting-secret/"&gt;see the result&lt;/a&gt;, but the upshot was I got a cute girl into my blog post.

And all for my fanatical devotion to Google tee-shirts. :)
