GE has a neat little program: imagination cubed that lets you collaborate with others online (whether they have a Tablet PC or not) and then save the collaboration and email it as a link which recreates the session for others to view.

I found drawing with my Tablet pen a little clumsy and awkward. Not sure if this is aimed at Tablet users or just anybody to be able to draw with their mice, but if you are looking for something rudimentary and a OneNote shared session won’t suffice, then this might be a possible quick solution.

See my demo of Tablet Guy being drawn … badly. To all real artists, please feel free to rework that and do it right.
