Yesterday I noticed the sixth WebtalkRadio show published that I was invited to guest co-host with radio and webcast veterans, Rob and Dana Greenlee. For those interested in listening to the other five Webtalk Radio shows I’ve guest co-hosted, there is a dated list here. Every appearance, save for one, has been a launch day with last Friday being the launch of the Google RSS reader.

Congratulations to Dana on winning the CBS podcast gig called CBS Netcast. She was chosen out of hundreds of podcasters who sent CBS their sample interview podcasts. She and Rob were invited down to the CBS studio to rapid fire interview actors from CBS shows this season among them Henry Winkler (the Fonz!) and Jennifer Love Hewitt. They are 31 podcasts in total and they are releasing a new one every day over at CBS. I downloaded and listened to a few of them and you can clearly tell Dana was having fun.

Hopefully CBS will want to continue on with this series and it wasn’t just a one time only deal.

I asked Dana if she was nervous and she replied that it went by so fast that she didn’t have time for that. Apparently, she had to go the bathroom and there wasn’t even time for that as these interviews came and went by so quickly. Each of the actors was brought into a cubicle by their handler and she got approximately five minutes for each interview.

Rob made videos of the experience but CBS asked them not to share those on the web. They were kind enough to show a couple of them to me. The Fonz sought out the camera and spoke right to it. Interesting stuff for their personal scrapbook, at least. Maybe someday CBS will relax on that and let them share these videos with the world.

BTW, the last time I was at their studio, I saw the Channel 9 guy. A confirmed Channel 9 guy sighting! Can you spot the little yellow guy in the picture above?
