Had a loong IM session with an Apple rep who helped me FINALLY convert my wife's individual account into a Family Pack sub-account while at the same time changing my main account username. But I want to keep my old email address as an email-only account for a while so that I can still retrieve mail during my transition. Anyway, NO CAN DO! I mean, what's happened with .Mac? I was just logged in earlier today, adding and removing my email-only account (checking availability). But now, ALL I CAN DO IS ADD A SUB-ACCOUNT! Jeez… Hmm… Guess I’ve hit the same snag. I am trying to do the same thing. I have googled this but I can only find the one complicated way to do this and that is to find someone that has a full mac membership and then have them do it for 10-15.00. This is frustrating.
