Dinosaurs to terrorize again in Jurassic Park 4 |
Just when I think the sequel train is slowing (it will never stop), Jurassic Park 4 violates the radar. What is Spielberg thinking? Ok, I’m sort of interested in Indiana Jones 4, but at the present time have 0.000000001% interest in Jurassic Park 4. Then again, it will play off my fond memories of the original Jurassic Park and probably renew my interest somewhat by the time it is finally released. A sequel tool. Argh.
And while I’m moaning about sequels, what about remakes?
An open plea to Hollywood: stop remaking classic films! It seems like the butchers have ruined almost everything about the classics. Ruined remakes include Chris Rock redoing Warren Beatty’s Heaven Can Wait and more recently The Bad News Bears. Stick a fork in sequels and remakes, please. At least remake movies that weren’t so hot the first time around? Ya think?

Spielberg HAS to have his tongue FIRMLY implanted in his cheek for this one!!! C’mon monsters routinely destroy Tokyo every week!!!

Ocean’s 12? Didn’t care for it. The Italian Job? Haven’t seen.
