As always, your questions and analysis challenge me to explore further. I believe that the new design is supportive of the personae of the blog. My intention was to write about marketing issues in a voice that was edgy but smart, sophisticated but sassy. Often, not all the time, but to make a point and add some fun I include references to cosmos, as well as, pink boas and designer shoes. It’s been well received by both men and women.

Recently I showed the design to a client, a conservative Fortune 50 company along with the much more conservative creative of my “corporate website” Bloomberg Marketing. They loved the blog design. Will be interested in your readers, feedback.
