Videos via iPod at $1.99 by September? |
People have been saying for quite some time that the iPod needs video, and the rumor is that next month it may — keyword is maybe — actually be coming … via Engadget:
Word on the street (Wall Street, that is) has it that Apple has approached Warner, EMI, Universal and Sony BMG to license music videos to sell via the iTunes Music Store for $1.99 each by as early as September.
Would you pay $1.99 for a music video? It’s doubtful that I would, but then I can count the number of songs I’ve bought on one hand. But it appears Apple is also working on other types of video like TV shows.
Did this post make you go hmm?
