Here’s a list of freeware software solutions that eliminate the need to spend a penny on software. From the site:

In other words, all you need is the operating system and you won’t have to spend one cent on software. Nothing in this software bundle contains spyware or adware.

Perhaps this site should take it a step further and provide a disk or zip file with all the freeware for a fee? They would need to get the vendor’s legal permission in some cases because just because it is freeware doesn’t mean the licensing allows redistribution for a fee, but a huge zip package download or CD for a small price would make this even more attractive then clicking through to each website. Or they could make some sort of single screen navigation tool that takes the user step by step through the download pages.

Although it seems odd, but people will pay for something free if it’s made easier for them and saves time. Anybody interested in doing this, just make sure the copyright allows this type of redistribution.
