Ink in Outlook 2002, 2003, Gmail and .Mac |

Finally at day #151 (today!) of my Tablet PC ownership, I installed Word 2003 and Outlook 2003 on my M1400. I quickly did this example of inking inside Outlook 2003 with the different default ink pen types as well as showing plain text.
Next I sent to a machine that was using Outlook 2002, Gmail and then my .Mac account to see how/if the ink came through:
- Outlook 2002 looked good, no extra work authorization required to see the ink above
- Gmail looked good as well, didn’t need to authorize anything special to see the ink

- Mail on the Mac also looked good and didn’t require anything special to authorize/download the ink. Screenshot below taken with Grabber and edited with GIMP.

I’m not sure why I haven’t done this sooner, it’s sort of a given to do this on the Tablet, and it makes the emails stand out and different, which is a definite plus in business and personal communication.
