		<description>I had no idea what the pagerank of either site was and really didn't care.

Why is that so hard to believe?  Blogging, in my world, is not a game of "collect the best links you can."  I suspect that's true for many others as well.</description>

Google has already said the PR displayed is bogus (for "entertainment value" I think is the correct statment) but we can all guess that something shown as a PR9 is probably of more significant SE value than something that's PR0. Duh.

If you truly don't care, then congratulations on being one of the few webmasters who doesn't.</description>

		<description>It will be even nicer if the Google blog was even more open than it is - or in other words, a real blog.  I wonder if Google folks are still somewhat reserved while blogging.  Don't expect them to share their trade secrets but it will be nice to hear more about what they are up to.</description>
