Mount St. Helens blows off more steam |

KIRO is reporting that Mount St. Helens 30 minutes ago has just blown off some steam along with a 2.0 earthquake:
A large plume of steam is being emitted this afternoon from the crater of Mount Saint Helens. MOUNT ST. HELENS Complete Coverage Of Mount St. Helens The plume was accompanied by an earthquake of about 2-point-zero magnitude.
Why do I get the feeling that St. Helens is going to really have another huge eruption in our lifetime? Again this brings back memories of 1980. This one appears to have been little more than a fart and rumble in the early evening, but it could very well be a precursor to much more violent things to come. The seismologists are excited.
Did this post make you go hmm?
