Browster preloads search results and links |
They say: “Browster plugs into your current browser and preloads search results so you don’t have to wait. Its fast preview window lets you see web pages before you visit them.”
I say: It only works with Internet Explorer and I couldn’t get automatic results for MSN like I could for Google and Yahoo (see picture).
Still, it works very fast if your connection is fast and it can be kind of handy so you don’t have to actually visit the site (verify if it’s spam or a truly relative result), however, you can’t adjust the Browster window which makes it a bit annoying.
I could see a definite timesaving advantage if you do a lot of searching. Browsers like iRider will let you setup rides that do this, so this isn’t really the first time I’ve seen the preloading pages idea.
