Slinky thinky nonsensical blogging moves |
Let me get this straight: you setup a blog and write something controversial and unflattering about your former employer of 16 years, intentionally setup no comments enabled so that the only way to get feedback is via email? No, you don’t think anybody will care to read what you think since it’s on a Google Blogspot blog, but wait, because you were a key engineer at competitor Microsoft, of course your blog is on the radar of many. So next, logically, you start receiving so much email feedback that it is interupting your daily workflow, so now what do you do? Got it! Take down the blog! Could this be the rational thinking pocess of a new Google employee with the first name of Mark? C’mon other Google employees named Mark please cry out with some good blogging examples, please.
This type of add and remove erratic blog activity from “Mark’s” at Google reminds me of the classic Slinky song:
Who walks the stairs without a care
It shoots so high in the sky
Bounce up {200} and down {404} just like a clown
Everyone knows its Slinky!
Did this post make you go hmm?
