Sounds too good to be true. Can anyone vouch for their service?

I use them, they work fine. Only $4 for each investment.

I have used them since 1999, it has been a good service for me. A good thing about investing with them is that you don’t hve to buy alot of whole shares, if you have just a small amount that you can invest each month then you purchase the stock or EFT and you will have partial shares. you should check out their site, the 4$ trades are for tuesday plan trades, if you want to do active trades then it is more, they also have different level trade programs, one is for 6 free trades a month and the other is for 20 free trades a month plus you have options in IPO’s. Hope this helps. cheers

Yeah, the reason it’s four bucks is that it’s not a real-time trade, but is made at some point each Tuesday. So you can’t predict exactly what you will pay. It’s a lot like direct reinvestment plans, where you are buying in dollar amount, not share numbers

It’s pretty good but as someone mentioned, it’s not for your typical trader and allows you to easily do DRIP-type stuff with companies who don’t offer their own low-budget plans.
I wrote a little bit about it if you’re interested (if you regard this as spammy, I understand if you delete my comment, I don’t intend to be):
