I JUST GOT MY REPLACEMENT CORD IN THE MAIL. IT DIDN’T SOLVE ANYTHING THOUGH. mY OLD DEFECTIVE CORD HAS RUINED THE INSIDE OF MY CONSOLE. EVEN WITH THE NEW CORD MY XBOX STILL SPARKS.

I work at local Radio Shack and had worked on a friends Xbox when his power cord caught fire and burnt the inside of it, I was actually able to repair it with no problems. Just a large soldering job.
