I get an error message when I’m trying to exit programs. There’s a lag in closing down. the report says C/Document~\Locals~1\tempWER3962ieexplore.exe.mdmp and C/Document~1\tempWER3962 app compat.txt. I have no idea what this means.

The problems in my our computer is:
Icon internet Explorer..
I was Installation Firefox browser,Then I removed it.
after that ,, The Icon ‘Internet Explorer stay as FireFox Icon’.
I don’t like that.. Please Help me.
