		<description>I think most people are missing the core point, because this instance seems so silly.  Why wouldn't Schwimmer want bloglines users reading his blog?

You are right though.  Schwimmer owns the copyright on his material.  He can do with it what he pleases.  RSS doesn't somehow make copyright law irrelevant.
