Lockergnome locked out of Comcast business cable |
Sounds like Chris Pirillo, AKA Lockergnome, is having some trouble getting somebody from the business cable department at Comcast to contact him.
Dude, I’m willing to pay more for your service - give it to me! There’s no easy way to upgrade their Cable Internet services via the Web, and when I’ve called the posted number for business-class cable Internet, they direct me to someone’s voice mail - who NEVER CALLS ME BACK! So, to recap, I want to spend more money with your company, Comcast, but you’re not letting me. Something tells me I’m not the only disgruntled Comcast subscriber, either.
I already left a comment for Chris on his blog, but we are not disgruntled Comcast customers. In fact, we are having them come out tomorrow to install that new HDPVR setup. We think the prices for the HDTV are a bit high, but no complaints on the internet side (yeah, the no static IP thing sucks). The DL speed is smokin’ down here, sometimes rolling in upwards of 4500k. If anybody reading this knows somebody from the business sector of Comcast, please have them get in touch with Pirillo — they are missing out on business!

Lol.. well that is ’bout typical of the cable industry’s customer handling. I know, I used to work for them tis’ why the satellite industry is growing, and growing..and… Check out more at our site and more about HDTV http://www.e-servingamerica.com
