I had to go check this out in action inside Napster since I’ve been a monthly subscriber for awhile.

Digital music service Napster announced Monday that customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada can now pay for tunes using PayPal.

I didn’t find the way to actually setup your account to use PayPal very friendly. First, it seems to require that you have a credit card attached to your PayPal account (we don’t, we use our checking account), so if you are in our boat, you’ll probably end up just sticking with your Credit Card. It’s a nice idea in theory anyway, and hopefully they’ll make it so that it can be funded by checking account.
