Free song with Big Mac starts today |
McDonalds needs some good publicity after last year with the Monopoly and Super Size It fiascos so here comes a promotion to mix music with food. Geek.com:
Sony has done a deal with the fast food chain to add free music downloads with every Big Mac bought; the offer is being called “Big Mac Meal Tracks.” Starting today in Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. (and in early July in Europe), if you buy a Big Mac Extra Value Meal you’ll get a coupon code for a free download from Sony’s upcoming Sony Connect music service.
I think the next time I get my oil changed I should get some free downloads. How about free movie downloads with movie tickets. Cross business promotion, why not?

I got me a BigMac value meal yesteerday, and it had a printed code on it so I could get my song. I kept the box but the burger was mad so sloppy, that the secret sauce that was half on the inside of the box, and not the burger, started to stink, so I threw it away. How was that for a run-on sentence. hehe
