Feedster search results RSS and trackback to-do |
Feedster has this cool, useful feature where you can save search results as RSS feeds.
You can click on the RSS button and easily add to a number of different RSS aggregators (see picture above). I use this to keep an eye on certain topics I am interested in. Through one of these search result RSS feeds I found this recent post from Spacewaster where he was referencing a recent trackback-related blog entry. See, Spacewaster, you are now proven wrong that somebody will ping your trackback counter. I wonder if this blogger will ping me back? Maybe we can play virtual ping-pong?
My To-do list: hack up the trackback template to point to the actual entry (one of many coding things I want to get accomplished in the near future) and also maybe to somehow integrate with the comments so that they aren’t separated. Essentially the information is the same as the comments so I don’t see why we should have it on two different pages.
Did this post make you go hmm?
