Ya, but did you check the upload rate? Cable is notoriously slow on upload. Other disadvantages are the rates vary at times, and the latency is almost twice that of dsl. However, you dsl shouldn’t be that slow (.4mb) for 1.5mb price. Who was your provider? They’re rip offs.
