New Skype goodies and articles

A couple new things to point out in the Skype camp:

- Goodies section where you can get informaton on how to add callto tags to your email signatures, snag some snazzy buttons to put on your blog
- semi-dynamic download counter: the number of downloads to date seems to be updating more like a real-time function now instead of a static update. If you visit the Skype homepage and then revisit 10 minutes later you should see the number of downloads incrementing accordingly
